For security reasons, javascript is stripped out of the bio and notes fields. Those same fields, however, do support shortcodes. So, if you can find a plugin that can display Yelp ratings using a shortcode, that should work.

I have added this to my feature request list … I can definitely see value in providing a integrated solution for this functionality.
