All the frequently asked questions for each product can be found in the top nav. For example, the CSV Import found under Pro Add-ons, if you hover over it with your mouse you’ll see a link for FAQs. In this that list of FAQ it explains how to assign categories in the CSV.

Another option where you can see all the FAQs, about a hundred of them, go to the FAQs page under the support menu. That page shows the general FAQ for Connections only, but on the right sidebar there are links to every FAQ for every product.
