Hi Steven,

Thanks for your response! The FAQ page was exactly the one we got the [raw] and [nonformat] shortcodes from. We thought the problem was due to conflicting with the theme’s style and did try to change/edit the theme’s CSS. However, we couldn’t because non us was expert in CSS, and that’s why we used one of those themes. Is there any way you could help us fix the template’s layout? Thanks a lot!
