If you’re are certain that neither the [raw] or [noformat] shortcodes have not been implemented within the theme, please try enabling the Template Compatibility option found on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Advanced tab.

CSV Import maps to fields available to Connections and cMap only displays those fields so there really is nothing to matchup … the fields in the CSV file have to be mapped to available fields within Connections and using cMap you can change the names of some of those fields but that is for presentation only. I hope that makes sense!
