It sounds like their is a JavaScript error in one of the theme’s files or in another plugin. I would have to be able to view your directory to determine that. If you’ll share a link to it, I’ll take a look.

What you can do…

Load up your site in Chrome, hit the F12 key and then click the Console tab. This will list the errors found on the site when rendering the page. It will also list any JavaScript errors which will likely clue you in on to the plugin causing the issue.
