Sorry, no. The best that can be done is to limit the display of the address and phone by type. For example, work address and work phone, like so:

[connections address_types='work' phone_types="workphone" email_types='work']

And then use one of the supplied templates for use in the single entry view. This can be enabled by checking the Single Entry view on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Display tab.

You can then choose you desired template under the Individual/Organization template types on the Connections : Templates admin page. Make sure to choose one of the supplied templates because those will be unaffected by the shortcode options.
