The issue is that Tile Plus requires a specific image setup. Here’s a copy from the product page:

Medium Image size MUST be set to:
Width: 80px
Height: 120px [or smaller]
NOTE: If images have already been uploaded in a different size they will need to be uploaded again after the image settings are applied to be compliant with this template.

After you make the changes, things should show fine.
