You do not need to extract the zip, you upload the zip per my instructions:

Install the attached zip file as a plugin.

Go to the Plugins admin page.

Click Add New.

Click Upload.

Select the cmap.zip file.

Click Install Now

Click Activate.

Go to the Connections : Templates admin page.

Activate the Default Entry Card.

Delete the cMap template.

The new cMap template will now show up, version 3.0.1

Click Activate for cMap.
