Yes, cMap does have 60 or so customization options. Please checkout the link. You said your last developer customized the template for your needs … they did that by editing the code of the template, not by using the supported options. In effect, you no longer have cMap, you have your template. I can not possibly know what code changes were made and what must be done to fix it. I suspect if the code of cMap was not changed, you would not be having an issue right now. I will not definitely know that until cMap is installed.
My suggestion to get you back into working order is this…
You make a backup copy your template any way you see fit. Send me a temp admin account using the contact link at the bottom of the page. I’ll install cMap. If the issue persists with the template reinstalled, then I’ll work further to figure out the problem. If the problem is fixed by installing cMap, then you’ll have to decide to use as is with the supported options or get ahold of your dev to fix your template.
