We don’t use multiple addresses in this case.
All of our businesses only enter a single address but some don’t have an actual store front, so they have to put in their home address, which they dont want listed on the site. (we require addresses for everyone because our admins use the database to send out letters and such.)

For now I just set the home addresses to unlisted but when a new user is signing up using the forms extension, there is no option for them to choose unlisted.
