Quick Update: Have been checking all websites and there is no pattern established. Link works in some cases and not in others. All sites are for the most part identical as far as the plugins are concerned.

The one where it was broken, I just went in and deactivated everything and reactivated and now it works. However, I just tried this on another website and it had no effect. Any clue as to what could be causing the functionality to work and then not work? Really need this to have uniform functionality.
