I would like to apologize for my delay in my reply as I was not receiving my notices for new support forum posts for about a week. Just reply notices to ones that were already started which is why I’m just now noticing.

Yes, you have two option. The first is Form. That is a great solution is you want to allow anonymous moderated submission. The other is Link. This extension is great if you want you registered WordPress users to be able to submit moderated entries and have them be able to make moderated changes.
