Here’s a pre-release of the next version. I think it finally uses the correct paths and db table names for multisite.

If it doesn’t, on the Connections : Dashboard admin page you’ll find a System widget. I updated it to show me more info in regards to folder paths and db table names, please attach a screen capture of it.
