Unfortunately some themes alter how and when the wpautop filter is used, which is the issue you’re facing as explained in the FAQ and the links within the FAQ.

If you can provide a temp admin account, I’ll log in and see if I can fix it using the theme editor. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.
