Aha!! The template is based on cMap 2.0.7. If I switch to Default Entry Card 1.0 it works. If I switch to your cMap 2.0.7, problem returns. Looks like I need to update the custom templates. Any suggestions for where the problem would be?
Also, sorry for the next stupid question, but I just inherited this system and I’m still finding my way around. Where are purchased and custom templates located? The templates folder in plugins>connections seems to contain only default templates.
