Can you attach a copy of the CSV you’re trying to import as a private reply?

I have a alpha of the CSV Import that works around the limitations you’re facing. It’s been tested quite extensively. It just doesn’t import everything the current version does at the moment and seeing your CSV file will let me know what I need to add real quick to get this working for you.
