You’ll want to edit this line in the cn-user.css file:

#cn-list .chzn-container .chzn-results .highlighted { background: #3875d7 !important; color: #FFFFFF; }

It can be found here:
../wp-content/plugins/connections/css

You also have to update the cn-user.min.css file.
