The double drop down is being caused by the theme including it’s own drop down enhancement. Unfortunately they choose to have it affect all drop downs instead of only the one that belong to the theme. The only real choice here is to disable the one with the theme.

The submit button CSS of the template is being overridden by theme too. This should be easier to fix, but I’ll need a link to your actual directory to offer a working solution.
