There’s only one reason that would happen. The theme or another plugin is not limiting its CSS to is own admin pages and that CSS must contain a declaration to float right inputs which is overriding the core WordPress styles. Without access to the admin I couldn’t tell you which plugin or if it’s the theme that is causing this.

Best suggestion I can give is deactivate plugins one at a time checking after each deactivation to see it it resolved.
