Yes, that is a very nice directory. Unfortunately, it is not a WordPress site. Everything appears to be custom developed.

After reviewing their directory, I would say with cMap and the Widget Pack Connections is about 65-70% there. Every release brings it closer; to which there have been 15 already this year alone with at least another 7 planned.
