The prefix in wp_config is “dom_wp_” . As for the connections table prefix I can send that to you later, I have to get the password for the database. The server is also running the Microsoft IIS version of WordPress. I know some plugins have issues running the Microsoft version. I upgraded the default php version Microsoft installs to version 5.4.5 of php as well if that matters.
