Honestly, I do not know as I do not have any experience with BuddyPress.

A quick Google search…

This might work. Drop it in the bp-functions.php file. Of course, you’ll want to change the links to suit your needs.

This BuddyPress thread seems to have a solution too.

Let me know how you make out.
