Correct, using Form for front end and the entry data is not populating the fields. I have used the Edit My Directory Entry link from the Directory Page & the Sidebar Login Widget, Edit My Directory Entry link. The View Directory Link displays all info.

Do I need a Premium Template for that Advanced Search?
