Those links are to pretty old info which I am honestly sure apply anymore. Are you trying to turning off the address geocoding during CSV Imports? What is the goal and purpose?

Sorry, I am not sure I understand. What do you mean by autofill? Are you using Form for frontend editing of the entries? And, the entry data is not populating the fields? Is that the issue? If that is the issue… make sure you’ve enabled the “When this option is enabled a “Edit Entry” link will be displayed. When a user clicks this link they will be taken to a page where they can edit entry.” option found on the Connections Settings admin page under the Display tab at the btoom in the Entry Action section.
If you’ve found the old legacy [connections_form] shortcode and placed it on a separate page, that instance cannot be used to edit existing entries on the frontend. You must use the Edit Entry link action link when viewing the entry profile/detail page.
