The default grid size in Gridder in 300x300px. The theme page content width is only 474px wide. In the default grid size, there is only enough space for 1 per row.

You can change the grid size, please see this Gridder doc page for the details:

You’ll need to make the grid size 158px … maybe perhaps a tad smaller to fit three per row.
