I recommend deactivating all licenses on the old site and then installing and activating the licenses on the new site.

To migrate the data you can either move the tables from the old site along with the connections-images folder to the new site or use the CSV Export All Tool and then use the CSV Import addon to import the entries into the new site. If you opt for the later, make sure the old site is still publicly accessible so the images (photo/log) can be pulled from the old site.
