@ I have exported the CSV file from the current site, but when I go to new site and select import, it only shows 4 fields that I can map.

It sounds as if you might be trying to import the CSV file using the bulk Category import. This import tool only has the four relevant import mapping fields for categories.

To bulk import, you’ll need the CSV Import extension
