The same instructions for the change labels doc should also work for this. Since the text does have a variable portion, you need to use this for the Original text:
Location: %s

This must be specific to you browser as I am not able to replicate it. Which browser and version are you using? A quick web search reveals that there is no real way to force the disable of autocomplete if the browser is “helping” you. Supposed to be a feature, not a bug :/
