Did you deactivate the Contact plugin on the WordPress Plugins admin page?

If you did, can you also try deactivating the ROT13 Email Encryption plugin. I’d like to eliminate that as a possible cause.

Can you you also share a screenshot of the email address of an entry in the admin which should be displayed?
