Reply To: CSV import fails, page not found

File to import is CSV exported from Connections Business Directory version 8.28.4.

CSV file is selected, all fields map to their identical named field automagically, then the import fails with “Page Not Found” and the following URL sierraviewcc.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connections_csv&action=import

I have already reset permalinks, twice, no change.

No new entries are generated in error_log or wp-admin/error_log, however the error_log in the plugin directory has the following entry:
