You could install this addon for Connections

https://github.com/Connections-Business-Directory/Entry-Organization

You would enter all your Orgs. The when adding Individual entries, you can only selected the pre entered Orgs.

You could then use the list_type shortcode option to display on the Orgs.

You desired template would have to it’s PHP file altered to display the list of individuals in the Org. So that is the downside since it does require PHP coding. This is something I can do for you. If you are interested, I can provide a quote.
