This is likely being caused by changes that were made to the address fieldset settings.

Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Fieldset Configuration tab. Scroll down to the Address Fieldset section.

To correct do one:

  • Make the address fieldset repeatable, OR
  • Increase the minimum number of address fieldsets from 0 to 1 or more.
