In regards to the “License activation limit has been reached notification“:

Which site are you attempting to activate these items on? According to the activation logs these are all activated on westcentralcoastdistrict.com If you are trying to activate on westcentralcoastdistrict.org, you must first deactive the licenses on the .com site because the license allows activation on a single site, not multiple. If you need a multiple site license, there are options available.

In order to assist you with license activation, I’ve manually deactivate your licenses. You should now be able to activate them on the .org site without issue.

In regards to the “License entered in not for this item.” notification:

The license key entered is for the Link extension, not the Form extension.
