I have not deleted any of your past posts. In as far as I can tell searching thru the forum logs this is the only post you have made. Perhaps you posted under a different name/username? I’ve searched the forum for other refund requests, which are rare, and I have not found any recent requests.

I’m not saying you did not make such requests, I’m just saying I have no records of them in this forum.
