Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Field Configuration tab. Many field labels can be changed. Such as “Work Phone” could be changed to “Business Phone”

In your specific example, the “Categories” label, you will need to use the connections_form text domain instead of the connections text domain mentioned in the tutorial because that specific string happens to originate from Form instead of Connections.
