I took a look at the page and it appears you’ve turned off both the category filter and and the keyword search. I see you also created a bunch of sub-pages, for a lack of a batter term, to display different entries — I’m guessing by category.

My suggestion is to reenable the category filter and keyword search features. On the main directory page put just the [connections] shortcode, not limited by category. You can then remove all those sub-pages. Those way a user will now be able to filter by category and keyword search like you are requesting.
