Sorry, no there is not because the “title” field is not a valid field for an organization. This would seem to be a bug in the CSV Import. I’m not sure how because the same code is used to save an entry regardless if the source is from a CSV file or the WP admin.

Sorry, but there is no way to force Connections to use the title field for an organization short of altering the code PHP code of the plugin.
