Sorry, no there is not yet a way to attach a phone number to a specific address. This is somewhat a niche use case to which a proper solution has not been developed. Others have chosen to to use a workaround by adding a bunch of address types and phone types then grouping their display by type in the template. A proper solution would cost at least a couple hundred whereas the workaround would be less. If you are interested in pursuing either, please contact me using the link at the very bottom of the page.
