It appears you are using a plugin which causes the javascript on your site to defer its loading. So the script that decodes the email addresses and displays them is not working.
What you need to to do is exclude this script from being deferred:
www.totalnetworkingteam.com/wp-content/plugins/connections-rot13/cn_rot13.js
