Sounds like the resources allocated to PHP have been exhausted. I see you have all (most?) the other template activated too. Try this, deactivate the other and activate cMap again. Same result? If you can activate cMap, then try deactivating all other plugins you are not using and then reactivate the Connections template. What’s the result?
