Reply To: open bio tray by clicking org name

i figured some of it out by moving the tray link code to the org name location just stuck on how to get the org name into the following

$atts['str_bio_show']= "+". "org name";

$atts['str_bio_hide'] = "-"."org name";

Any thought? I tried $entry->getnameblock but it doens’t work.
