Assuming you are using the Default Card template…

Navigate to the Connections : Templates admin page and click the Customize button for the Default Card template.

The page will refresh with the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right.

Click the back arrow in the upper left of the Customizer.

Click the Advanced panel.

Change the Name Format to: %last%, %first%.

Now click an entry name in the preview. It does not matter which. The preview will refresh displaying the single entry profile detail view. Change the name format again if you wish. This is required twice because both views can be configured separately for flexibility.

Finally click the Save and Publish button and exit the Customizer.
