There’s nothing out of the box to do this. That said, I just did a custom implementation of exactly what you describe.

You would add your pastors as individual and churches as organization. When added a pastore the org field becomes drop down of existing churches. When displayed the churches list its pastor(s) and when a pastor would list it church(s). They;re not really “linked” in any way, it is basically name matching.

This custom implementation requires a custom plugin and template (to display the “relationship”).
