Which custom fields, exactly. The ones on the add/edit page that says “Custom Fields” OR ones that you added following the tutorials? If it is the former, there is no way to export that data at the moment, sorry. If it is the latter, the tutorial has code which explains how to register custom fields so they can be exported. And code to register it so they can be imported too.
