Technically the answer is yes, but is is definitely not an easy task. It would involve hooking into the cn_metabox_name_atts filter and the cn_post_process_$action-entry action checking the nonce and writing the code necessary to add/edit the metadata. This is something that is all done automagically when using the custom fields api which put the fields in their own meta boxes. The easy, but quite there solution, would be to use drag and drop to move your custom fields metabox so it is right under the Name metabox.
