Add the following to the theme’s custom CSS area:

#cn-cmap div.cn-alphaindex {
    font-size: 1.3em !important;
}

#cn-cmap a.cn-char {
    margin: 0 8px !important;
}

#cn-cmap .cn-entry {
    font-size: 1em !important;
}

#cn-cmap .fn {
    font-size: 1.2em !important;
}

Tweak as needed.
