On this page, https://kjslg.de/hegeringe/, you have the [connections] shortcode many times. Add home_id=x to each of those shortcodes where x is the page ID you should have noted in step 1. As an example, you shortcode should look something like this; [connections home_id=x]

You add the home_id option to each of the existing shortcodes with the existing options of those shortcodes. Do not add new shortcodes with the home_id option.
