The map content tray on the listing page and the entry profile detail page will display only after you have added an address to the entry. Looking at the site and the only entry you have entered, there is no address added to the entry.

There is no zip code/country search in the cMap template. To those that purchase one of the Pro Packs I do have a beta advanced search extension that can be used to add zip code search as demoed on this live third party site in the “Find A Therapist“section.
