It appears they added a custom link type (in addition to the Website and Blog link types) name “Reviews” and set the link title to “Views and Ratings”.

The interesting bit… looks like they used WooCommerce for the rest. My guess is they set up the practitioners as “products” and used a addon for WooCommerce to add review support to the product. The link they added to Connections then simply points to the practitioner (product) page in WooCommerce.
