Yes, I have been working on this most the day in fact. And was typing my reply as I received your latest query.
I was able to replicate this on my test site. I was not able to find the exact cause but it was either related the file not being able to be parsed properly due to some of the serialized field data. Maybe all the extra quotes was making it an invalid CSV file. There was also two Title fields. This could have been breaking the mapping.
I was able to import just fine once the extraneous fields were removed from the file. So that is my suggestion.
Now, that said, I did find a bug with the import of categories. The categories with & in the name were not being imported. It took me a while to track down why and correct. I’m not sure when this bug was introduced as I know it was not an issue before.
I’m working on pushing an update to CSV Import in the next couple hours. Look for it in your WP and update. (Note: you’ll have to activate your license on the site to update with thin the admin. Alternatively, you can manually apply the update. Since you are working in WAMP, I assume you know how to do that.)
